Application
- A certification journey begins with a simple request by contacting FloraCert via email info@floracert.com or other channels.
- FloraCert will provide the client a blank application form and information on data protection policy.
- Client should complete and submitt the Application Form signed.
- FloraCert reviews the application form to verify the client’s eligibility as well as its own technical competence and availability of resources and send a tailored offer within two weeks.
- A certification service officially begins upon signed certification service contract.

Onsite Intial Inspection
- An inspection date will be arranged between FloraCert and the client and FloraCert will assign a qualified inspector to carry out the initial onsite inspection and verifies the completeness of the OSP, along with all relevant information and
activities of the producer or handling operator, to
ensure full compliance with the applicable
standards. - The inspector prepares an inspection report,
documentinh all nonconformities and finding,s
and submits it to FloraCert, signed by both the operator and the inspector, within two weeks.

Review & Certification Decision
- FloraCert assigns the inspection report to a
qualified and independent Certification Officer (CO), who reviews the report and makes a certification decision based solely on the information contained in the inspection report. - If all standard requirements are met, a positive certification decision is issued, and a certificate is granted to the client.
- If the standard requirements are not met, the CO will make a certification decision based on the severity of the nonconformities. Possible decisions include suspension, withdrawal, or cancellation of the certificate for existing clients, or denial of certification for new clients.

Follow up and Re-Certification
Certification is a continuous commitment.
